Presentation upload

For information relating to your presentation please refer to the speaker briefing notes. 

Presentation check

When you arrive at the Congress, please visit the Speaker Preparation Room in Room 215 on Level 2 of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The AV team will open your presentation to check the formatting, videos and multimedia have uploaded as expected. If there are any minor changes to be made the team can assist.

Presentation format

Presentations should be created in the 16:9 ratio. Presentations should be supplied in Microsoft PowerPoint format. The computers used at the Congress are Windows laptops and therefore Apple Keynote is not supported.

Videos

If the presentation contains embedded videos or multimedia content, please also upload the video as a separate file when uploading your presentation.

Revisions

If you revise your presentation, simply upload the revised presentation here. The AV team will use the most recent upload.
