WELLNESS ACTIVITIES
The Congress is pleased to offer the opportunity for delegates to take some time for themselves and their wellbeing within the Congress schedule. The 2027 program will feature yoga each morning from Monday-Wednesday, a city sights walking tour, a cultural food experience and a waka along the Otakaro Avon River.
Delegates will be required to make their own way to the departure points (transfers are not included) so please check the information for each activity carefully.
You can register for these activities via the registration form. Places are strictly limited and are offered on a first come, first served basis. We recommend booking early to ensure you don’t miss out.
In addition to the above activities, delegates will be able to relax and unwind at a massage station located in the exhibition from Monday-Wednesday.

We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples as the First Nations and the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands and waters now known as Australia, and Māori as tangata whenua in Aotearoa, also known as New Zealand. We recognise those with lived and living experience of a mental health condition, including community members and all RANZCP members. We affirm their ongoing contribution to the improvement of mental healthcare for all people.
