ACCOMMODATION
The Congress Office has arranged special rates at several hotels within walking distance of the Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre.
Booking through this site will offer you the following benefits:

- Flexibility to change your booking at any time up to 30 days prior to the Congress commencement date

Accommodation is held from Friday 14 May to Thursday 20 May 2027. If you require dates outside of this period, please note your preferred dates in the 'Special Requirements' section of the accommodation page on the registration form. The Congress Office will contact the hotel directly and advise you of availability.
The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival, so we encourage you to book early. Any booking requests received less than 30 days prior to arrival (after 15 April 2027) are subject to availability.
A valid credit card number must be provided to secure your booking. The card details will be securely forwarded to the hotel as a guarantee of your booking. Please refer to the individual hotel policies listed below for when your card will be charged for your stay.
If you wish to pay for your accommodation in advance by credit card or bank transfer, please note this request in your email request and the Congress Office will be in contact to finalise the payment with you.
You will be required to settle your room and incidental expenses directly with the hotel on arrival or departure.
Please note the check in time at the hotels is generally 14:00. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, hotels generally recommend booking for the evening before your stay commences. If you are arriving after 18:00 please note this accordingly to ensure your room is held for your arrival.
Please review the booking terms for your preferred hotel for penalties that will apply should you cancel or reduce your stay (by one or more nights) or fail to arrive at the hotel on the designated day of arrival (no-shows).
To make any changes or to cancel your booking, please contact the Congress Office by email – NOT the hotel. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot by accepted nor will hotels accept any changes directly.
All room rates noted are based on room only and are in New Zealand dollars.
